As a child, Dr Silas was drawn to biology and knew from an early age that health care was where he wanted to further his studies. He loves bringing a smile to someone’s face. He prides himself on the quality of his work and on maintaining his patients’ comfort throughout dental procedures.
Dentistry is a career that requires lifelong learning, and Dr Silas goes above and beyond to ensure that he is continually upgrading his skills. He takes professional development courses two to three times a year as he wants to give his patients the very best in dental care. In addition, Dr Silas has taken restorative, adhesive and CEREC (same-day ceramic restorations) dentistry courses.
Dr Silas Prashant graduated from India with his BDS in 2001. Looking for a better balance between work and family, he relocated to Australia and took the Australian Dental Council Examination. Dr Silas has been a member of the Australian Dental Association since 2007 and stays updated with the latest technology and methods to better provide care to you.
